We work with individuals and companies at all stages of design and manufacture, from concept to finish, in a highly focused effort to bring industry-level products and services to you.

Once the customer provides us with concept information and detailed specifications, we will notify them of the total cost for design, prototyping, and estimated cost per unit before the project begins. Power World will work with customers until they are satisfied and all original design requirements are met, and the product performs exactly to customers’ expectations.

Maybe many non-professional customers may have this concern, I am not a professional heat pump dealer but I want to develop this business, and in the process of selling, how can I show this product to my customers? The local market has restrictions on the import and sales of such products, and relevant certification certificates are required. What should I do?

We could support technical training. The training will be conducted online or at customers’ places in aspects such as product operation training, trouble-shoot training, new technology/application training, etc. Customers contact us within 24hours if they have any questions, our professional after-sales team will give them solutions as soon as possible.

We are willing to provide clients with promotional materials, like catalogs, and technical manuals of our heat pumps, and help them to promote products on local media with our news release resources. We can also help to recommend the most suitable product and solution to clients.

After-sales service is also a value-added service that customers care about most. Our products are produced in strict accordance with EU standards, and the products will undergo many strict inspections before they are sent from our factory, we will try our best to ensure that each machine delivered to the customer is of high quality. But in the long-term operation of the machine, there may be individual failure problems.

In response to this problem, we will offer our customer 2-5years of warranty service, our warranty services include maintaining, repairing, replacing a warrantied product, and supplementing spare parts, and different products have different warranty periods.

Warranty for EVIInverter heat pumps

  • 1.5 years since delivery time.
